Hi Tina! For food choices this month I was thinking about a couple pasta choices. Maybe an alfredo and a veggie option? Served with a salad and a garlic bread, and then a dessert. Maybe a creme brulee if I can get the right tools by then, otherwise i will think of something else. Let me know if this sounds good to you. Thanks, Linda.

Ladies-

A quick note to let you know that things could be changing.

I will try to stick to the dates as scheduled.  That being August 20th  (the last Tuesday of the golf season) and September 18th (the Wednesday of the non-golf season).

The two books floating around are Orphan Train by Christina Baker Kline for August & Nowhere:  A Story of Exile By Anna A Turcotte in September (Anna’s mother thinks she can come in September).

All of this is in discussion and dependent on Anna, her Mother, and possibly her Father.  ;0)

A side note is there may be other events, but that too is unfolding.  ;0)  More to come.

My suggestion is to read either of the two books.  Contact Shelly Michelle.Hart@ndscs.edu and check the Blog http://bookloversunite2day.blogspot.com/  for current waiting list statuses etc.

Enjoy this beautiful day!

Ladies-

Per the conversation below the following is still true with a couple updates for you.  Both meetings are 5 to 7 pm.  Sadly, though it is my book choice, I will not be able to attend as I will be attending a last minute training in Fargo.  Loretta has graciously accepted to facilitate in my absence, if you would like discussion questions, etc.  ;0)  Linda at Antoinette's is aware that it is a small group and is still willing to host.  Thanks, Linda!  However, if (Cindy B. – Loretta -  Gloria - & Shirley) prefer not to meet just reply all to this email or reply all that you still plan to attend.  Linda is now included in all of our emails.  (Welcome Linda!  We love Antoinette's!).

Sorry, I am still up in the air about Tuesday and I have not read the book.  I have read the sept selection, however, and own the book, if someone needs a copy.  Maggie
