Good morning, Book Group Members!
Once again, Happy 10 Year Anniversary to all of you!!! Wow, 10 years – I am so proud! I am so proud our group has wonderful individuals like you to represent us. Again, thank you for making the group everything that it has been and will continue to be! Group went wonderful on our last Tuesday night for this summer. It was “slightly hot” to put it lightly, I think “melting” was mentioned several times. :0) As always though, a great discussion and if you have not read a State of Wonder the group recommends that you do. Next group, switches to the third Wednesday, September 19, 2012, from 5 to 7 pm, at Prantes!!! See you then!
Quick question does anyone have the book The Diving Bell and the Butterfly? Thought I would ask one last time. ;0)
Undercover VI Book Group Blog – Also, I have opened the Undercover VI Blog to the world! All you have to do is go to the following link: http://bookloversunite2day.blogspot.com/ You no longer have to log in…so just it the link to your Favorites or add it as an icon on your desktop. All of you are authors. You can add your name to the waiting list by adding a comment at the end. You can check our reads. You can link it to Facebook, etc. Have fun! ;0) Also, we have begun positing our book group selections on Pinterest. If you are not aware of what it is, Pinterest is comparible to a fun digital bulletin board – I’ve heard it’s quite addicting. You can view the site without being invited at the link below, but to interact you need to be invited – we will do this in the future.
You can access Pinterest and Good Reads from the Undercover VI Book Group Blog http://bookloversunite2day.blogspot.com/ by clicking at the links on the top OR you can access them from the NDSCS Mildred Johnson Library Website at: http://www.ndscs.edu/academics/services/library/
Once there double click on the red “P” icon on the top of the page. The “g” next to it stands for Good Reads…this is another useful link for readers.
