January 2009 Bookgroup

Hi everyone,

Today is the day! Prante's from 5 to 7.  I have a large assignment due in one of my classes by midnight tonight so I will not be attending.  This will probably happen more than I like but I know the group is in good hands because all the members are amazing!!!!!  My role has turned into more of a cheerleader role for a stellar team!  Take care - have fun!  Feel free to send emails to all members with whatever you decide for next month!  Maggie had a great suggestion so I copied it to the end of this email.  Remember you, as the members, make the decisions for the group so do whatever works for you.  Let me know if we need to purchase any books.  Enjoy.

Your fellow "working on her master's and going a tiny bit crazy librarian,"

Tina

May I suggest Barbara Kingsolver's Prodigal Summer as a possible book of the month?  Maggie  - you sure may Maggie!
