BURKINA FASO. AFRICA.WEST COAST.BRANCH.
TELEPHONE +22676 79 20 28.
{USD10,MILLION FIVE HUNDRED AND THIRTY THOUSAND TO TRANSFER}

My Dear Friend,
Good day,With state of Mind.

I am armin hary director incharge OF auditing departments african development BANK OF Africa
{A.D.B}. I have urgent and very confidential business proposal for you.An American Gold
consultant/contractor with the burkina faso west African Solid Gold Corporation,mr Morris Thompson
made a numbered time (Fixed) Deposit for twelve calendar months, valued at US$10,500,30.000.00 (TEN
Million Five hundred and Thirty Thousand Dollars) in my branch in ouagadougou burkina faso herein.

Upon maturity, I sent a routine notification to his forwarding address but got no reply. After a
month, we sent a reminder and finally we discovered from his contract employers, the west African
Solid Gold Corporation that Morris Thompson died in a plane crash in Alaska Airlines Flight
261(for more information about this crash and please you can contact this
website:http/a://archives.cnn.com/2000/US/02/01laska.airlines.list
since we got this information about his death. On further investigation, I found out that he died
without making (a WILL CLAIM), and all attempts to trace his next of kin was fruitless.

I therefore made further investigation and discovered that Mr Morris Thompson did not declare any
next kin or relations in all his official documents, including his Bank Deposit paperwork in the
Bank. This sum of US$10,000,000.00 is still sitting in the Bank and the interest is being rolled
over with the principal sum at the end of each year. No one will ever come forward to claim it.
According to Laws of Republic OF BURKINA FASO, at the expiration of 4 (four) years, the money will
revert to the ownership of the burkina faso Government treasury funds. if nobody applies to claim
the fund. Consequently, i am due to retire from office next year 2009/10,

My proposal is that I will like you tp come in as a next kin/ foreigner to stand in as the next of
kin to Mr.Morris Thompson so that the fruits of this old man's labor will not get into the hands
of some corrupt government officials.
This is simple, I will like you to provide immediately your full names and address so that the
attorney will prepare the necessary documents and affidavits that will put you in place as the
next of kin.through the bank attorney as soon as you put application to the bank.We shall employ
the services of an attorney for drafting and notarization of the WILL as the bank will approve you
as the next of kin and to obtain the necessary documents and letter of probate/administration in
your favor for the transfer.

A bank account in any part of the world that you will provide will then facilitate the transfer of
this money to you as the beneficiary/next of kin. The money will be paid into your account for us
to share in the ratio of 70% for me and 25% for you.then 5%will be map out for any expenses that
may occure during transactions.

There is no risk at all as all the paperwork for this transaction will be done by the attorney as
will employ him on the approval of the bank; i am notifying you this as a secret of mine, as a
senior bank officer.i knew all what it takes to get this funds out of the bank. and my position
and that of YOU qarantees the successful execution of this transaction. If you are interested,
please reply immediately via the private email address above. Upon your response, I shall then
provide you with more details and relevant application letter that will help you understand the
transaction. Please send me your confidential telephone and fax numbers for easy communication.and
every full informations of yours.

Please observe utmost confidentiality, and rest assured that this transaction would be most
profitable for both of us because I shall require your assistance to invest my share in your
country home for proper invetiments.

Awaiting your urgent reply.

Re: Book Club

Hi Everyone, I will not be able to be at book club on Wed. I have an annual

I have read the Persian Pickle Club and gave it a "Thumbs Up". I have the

Have a great meeting, see you next month.

The Thirteenth Tale

Hi everyone! I was late for the meeting in August, and then went to the wrong place----not good. Good thing my heads fastened on---at least I can still read! I loved the book--was it a thumbs up? And can we read any of the three books listed for next month? Connie

Fw: Book Club

Good Morning,

I left work yesterday, so I didn't receive Alice's email until today. Alice
and Kathy are wondering if anyone is done with any of the three titles for
this month? If you are and are able to get them to the library that would
be great. If you could let me know a time, that would be even better.
Kathy & Alice, I hope this helps you out. Happy reading everyone!

Dear Fellow Readers,

Summer is here - yeah!!!!!!!  :)  I love the sun and the blue sky!!!

The book group met last night at Prante's; we liked Prante's (on the deck) so much we decided to meet there in August too.

A very special welcome to Loretta - she attended for the first time last night and it was a pleasure to have her in the group.  Welcome again, Loretta!!

Here are the selections for both August & September:

August 20th, 2008:  Prante's (on the deck), 5 - 7 p.m. - The Thirteenth Tale by Diane Setterfield (we have a copy in the library, three people have already asked to use this copy, let me know if you want to be in the loop also. :)

September 17th, 2008:  Prante's, 5 - 7  p.m. - Pick one of the following three selections - or if you want feel free to read them all:
  1. The Persian Pickle Club by Sandra Dalles (MJL does not currently own but will try to get after the new fiscal year)
  2. Amy and Isabelle by Elizabeth Strout (MJL has)
  3. The Last True Story I'll Ever Tell: An Accidental Soldier's Account of the War in Iraq by John Crawford (MJL does not currently own but will try to get after the new fiscal year)
Between being off contract, and a couple vacation days, I will be off campus from July 10th to August 18th, 2008.  If you have any questions feel free to call me at 671-2612.

Take care & happy reading!

Aug. Meeting

Sorry I won't be able to make the meeting on Wed. We have a Fireman Picnic in Wyndmere that night. It seems like things have to always fall on the same night, and I was looking so forward to going again! Hope you have a great time at Prante's and hope to see you in Sept.

Re: June 18th Meeting

Girls,
I had replied last month that I couldn't attend because of my wrist surgery - it went fine, but I'm impatient with the recovery.
Today, Thursday, I have finally felt better. I could even hold a can of pop in my hand and this is my first attempt at typing!
Hope you had fun,

Re: August and summer reading

Thanks for the input, Janet! That is great! We did discuss alot of those
listed; we have all of them except "Snow in August" by Pete Hamill - but we
could still try to get it. We will discuss it further tonight at the
meeting - the rest of you feel free to send comments. :)

"The Last Templar" "Amy and Isabelle" "The Pursuit of Happyness" and
"Screwtape Letters & Beowulf" ....

My daughter's book club is currently reading "Snow in August" by Pete Hamill
for their first book in the fall, followed by "Three Cups of Tea" by Greg
Mortenson and "The Thirteenth Tale" by Diane Setterfield.

Re: August and summer reading

Hi from Janet -- I looked through some of my emails in my bookclub folder and saw these books on the list for 2008 which we haven't yet read or discussed.

"The Last Templar" "Amy and Isabelle" "The Pursuit of Happyness" and "Screwtape Letters & Beowulf" ....

My daughter's book club is currently reading "Snow in August" by Pete Hamill for their first book in the fall, followed by "Three Cups of Tea" by Greg Mortenson and "The Thirteenth Tale" by Diane Setterfield.

So that is my input. See you at Prantes this Weds. Regards to all...Janet Hasbargen

Forgot I also read We are all Welcome here a novel. Don't have the author handy but was a very gooe book about a girl growing up with her mother having MS and all about how she helped her daily. A very good story based on a true story.
I won't be able to make it on Wednesday. I have a ticket to the Straw Hat Players that night. I wish it wasn't the same night! I read Five Skies By Ron Carlson. It was a quik read and about the lives of three men who wound up working together one summer. I enjoyed it. I also read Mother Teresa No Greater Love Foreward by Thomas Moore. Very insirational and interesting also an easy read. Hope you have a great time sorry not to be able to come.
