The River Valley Inn will open for business this Thursday, January 20. Our
first menu features a great variety of appetizers, soups, salad, sandwiches
and desserts. To make a reservation, please call 32405 from on campus or
stop by the customer service desk.
Next week's restaurant will be a Steak House menu.
Reservation's for this restaurant will start today, Tues, January18 at 1:00.

Our hours of operation are Tuesdays and Thursdays, 5-7 PM. and it is
located in the Red River Valley Room of the Student Center.
If you're new to campus or have never been to the River Valley Inn.....it is
a restaurant operated by students in the Culinary Arts program. As a guest
at the River Valley Inn you are taking part in the educational process in
action - it is literally our classroom!
